Matching of Datasets and its Applications in Single-cell Biology

In this talk, we discuss theory and methods for matching of datasets with low rank signals. They are motivated by examples arising from single-cell biology, especially spatial single-cell data analysis. We demonstrate the prowess of the proposed methods on several real data examples.
